This was a break for my daughters and my-self and it was just 'what the doctor ordered'. A well overdue break in a beautiful setting and lovely staff members.

Now HERE is where it gets good. Juan in the kids club — what an incredible woman. Her love for that hotel and St Lucia just radiates out of her naturally. So warm, so kind, so genuinely wonderful. Azema gave me the most extraordinary massage — full system reset, completely reorganised my entire body — and THEN I discover this woman travels two hours on a bus to work and two hours back home every single day. Four hours of commuting. Daily. I won’t walk to the kitchen without sighing heavily and this woman is doing four hours on public transport just to show up and be absolutely brilliant. Unreal. A genuine hero. And then there’s Donovan. Donovan is not a normal human being and I mean that as the highest possible compliment. This man does 40,000 steps a day — and before you say anything — HE ACTUALLY DOES IT. This is not an exaggeration. Not a metaphor. The man genuinely clocks forty thousand steps in a single shift and still has more energy at the end of it than I had at the beginning of my holiday. I watched him from my sun lounger and needed a lie down. Future manager of that hotel? Forget manager. Future owner. Someone sort his contract out before another hotel notices what they’re sitting on.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, best beach and the pool is lovely. Don't miss the sunday live music at brunch and the meals are fantastic. The staff take pride in providing the best stay possible and we will return next time with the kids!

Having stayed at Sugar Beach before, words can't convey how disappointed we were when we left The Landings. We are not ungracious, demanding people. And appreciate not everything can always be perfect, but this was not an enjoyable stay for us. The view was great, the room was great, the food was fine (apart from breakfast). The Japanese restaurant was very good. And staff in the coffee shop were great. Check in was great, as were the people there. However, on the whole, it felt like many members of staff who worked in customer facing areas, just didn't want to be there. The quality of service was shocking. Of course, there are the odd few who are naturally lovely, but on the whole, we were left flabbergast at the lack of care, attention and even basic friendliness. Even some members of the water centre staff seemed as though they were doing us a favour. (We had the most pleasant exchanges with the gardeners and the cleaning staff! - Perhaps they should train those front of house!) In addition, the breakfast buffet is very low quality and felt like a 3 star all inclusive. Perhaps all this is because the resort feels more like clusters of self catering accomodation, with hotel services wrapped around what feels like a complex. We had no sight of a General Manager anywhere. We came away feeling as though the hotel has no leadership and very limited training in place. However, if you fancy St Lucia, we found the people outside this resort super friendly and we really enjoyed the time we went to places beyond the Hotel.

Beautiful place . Great location. Very comfortable and clean room. Nice staff. Great beach area. Not too many people which allows for a good rest.

I did not like the food in the main restaurant. Breakfast was not good- poor variety of food- not much to chose from. Good coffee and very nice staff made our experience better.

Amazing spacious rooms and suites, well decorated and comfortable! Very calm by the pool and no stress, always room for you.

The staff seemed annoyed and the service was incredibly slow. We had to make our own arrangements because the concierge was too busy, and the lunch took forever. At the previous resort everyone was so warm and smiling, we were negatively surprised by the not so attentive and unmotivated staff.

Je séjourne très souvent dans cet établissement, ce que j'apprécie c'est l'emplacement, le site, le logement, les activités, la vue, la plage, la sécurité.

En revanche il faudrait vraiment faire un effort sur les repas, je trouve vraiment pas bon et cela se vérifie à chaque fois. C'est dommage
