The Landings Resort and Spa - All Suites

The service was superb, particularly from the front desk, but also the restaurant. The location was beautiful and the unit was incredibly spacious.

The initial unit we had was ground level with no view, but we were then moved to the top floor which was spectacular.

Beautiful and spacious rooms huge balcony with great view. Amazing beach and breakfast.

Staff very friendly. Beach Club dinner overpriced for a buffet. You get charged for water at dinner.

Lovely resort. Great for families. Huge rooms with washer & dryer & full kitchen. 3 on site restaurants & a coffee shop. Lovely beach. Smaller pools with hot tub offered throughout resort. Excellent staff. Nice spa. Plenty of excursions offered thru hotel. Nearby Rodney Bay offered grocery store, shopping and fantastic restaurants. Over 2 hour winding car ride from airport so consider a helicopter or boat.

The ocean view 2 bedroom was so spacious and well appointed. Updated, fresh and clean. Very nice. Great views. We never felt like we couldn’t get a table or beach lounger. The Asian restaurant was outstanding. The staff were beyond nice and accommodating - they even went to town to get my daughter some hair products. Clothing is more casual marina than tropical resort - a packing tip for the ladies. The entire property is well maintained. We would go back.

My only complaint, if any, the coffee bar could use some improvement. They need to offer bigger sizes for smoothies & frappuccinos. And quicker service from coffee bar. Other than that, we really enjoyed it all.

Rooms were nice. People were friendly facilities are impeccable.

Lots of stairs

Excellent séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’emplacement, la taille du logement et la propreté irréprochable. Le personnel était très agréable, notamment les femmes de ménage, la personne qui conduit la petite voiture de golf ainsi que les dames présentes au petit déjeuner, toujours souriantes et attentionnées. Mention spéciale également pour la qualité des repas et du petit déjeuner, qui étaient vraiment excellents (+++).

En revanche, certains membres du personnel ne nous ont pas semblé très agréables, principalement à la réception. À quelques moments, nous avons eu le sentiment de déranger. Cela concernait également certains “responsables de service”, notamment au restaurant, ce qui contraste avec la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du reste de l’équipe.
