The Landings Resort and Spa - All Suites

Our large suite was on the third floor facing Rodney Bay which opens to the ocean. A sandy beach with umbrellas & lounge chairs was directly below. We loved the whole waterside experience. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all available on the waterfront, a very short walk from our building. The staff were all incredibly friendly. Our 2-bedroom apartment was spacious and tastefully decorated. For a relaxing Caribbean getaway, this was near perfection. We had three butlers in rotation 24/7 that would immediately answer our call (on a mobile phone provided by the resort) to take care of whatever we needed, from lounge chairs on the beach to spa appointments. The service was top-notch!

I hear noises that most other people don't notice. There was a constant hum of machinery in the main bedroom that seemed to be coming from the roof or next door. It would continue whether or not the HVAC system was turned on. Fortunately it was not loud enough to keep me from falling asleep.

Our beachfront two bedroom suite was amazing! The hot tub on the balcony was a lovely touch to a busy day. We participated in massages, a trip to the Bounty Rum Distillery, and a private two hour cruise for sunset, and shopping in Rodney Bay. The food was very good. The butler staff, especially a shout out to "Tony", was extraordinary. We did have the all-inclusive, but did notice that a few items on the menu were "excluded" from the all-inclusive. That was the only thing we didn't like. We would definitely recommend!!

The condo was great, very spacious and well-appointed. The plunge pool was a nice touch. The beach area was fabulous, probably the best on the island. The overall resort environment was terrific.

The restaurants were just OK, pretty meh food at quite high prices. (Close to downtown Rodney Bay, so better food is just a $20 taxi ride away.) Service was also hit-or-miss at this hotel: Some of the staff were not particularly friendly and sometimes acted as if you were bothering them if you asked them for anything (things that were clearly their job!).

Great location! Quiet and lovely beach. Very picturesque bay with great swimming. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with hot tubs on the balcony.

Resort is dated and many amenities need renovation. It feels a bit dilapidated. Hot tub was literally missing tiles. Public bathrooms look sad. Also, food was just plain bad! Breakfast quality is that of Holiday Inn- that part was pretty upsetting . Cheapest selection and quality of foods. Lunch on the beach was ok. We had dinner on our arrival night at the Asian and did not return. Also as return customers, we expected a welcome gift in the room or some sort of acknowledgement. But no- there was nothing.
