Probably was very poorly taken care of.

There is little effort in trying to make this properly look appeasing. Very run down and smelly.

I love staying at Residence Inn. This property however has a few issues. The entrance is really rough and every time I entered I got horns blown at me. The vegetation is overgrown. The building entrances have big dirty ash trays and cigarette butts. I had to get a new room because there was white pet hair all over the first. We had the hair all over us. The bed was comfortable. We will try it again on our next visit. Maybe it's in recovery mode now.

Hotel is dated, we rented 3 rooms all three had issues with tub/sink backing up, rooms where old, frayed carpets sofas. Smelled bad.

"Excellent"

There was a tornado through the area a few weeks before our stay, so there was some property damage. Nothing that the hotel could do anything about, it was a very nice place to stay and I was so excited to see that they had gluten free muffins available for breakfast! Overall - very quiet and clean place - we were happy.

"Great place, good price"

Great place for so many reasons. First, very convenient from Interstate 35, immediate off and on. Second, all the staff was great, very nice and positive. Three, very good breakfast with many hot and cold options. Four, nice clean room. Five, inexpensive price for all this. The location is a little bit strange, tucked in behind auto repair, used mattress and random buildings. But it's there and a great place to stop for a nite when traveling, or convenient for a few days for business.

Asked for room cleaning on specific day & it wasn’t done. Limited tv channels and no options to stream. Room was nice & quiet for our week long stay.
