Stayed five nights no clean towels or bedding. Our unit was old and needs updated.

We stayed here for four nights in April and we had no complaints. The staff were very pleasant and always responsive to our requests. The rooms are very spacious. Also, the rooms were very clean, which is not always the case with WorldMarks. And the beds and sofa were very comfortable. The two bedroom suite was well designed and roomy. Laundry facilities are within the room. There is a large pool and part of it is 5 feet deep. Hotel is also very close to an Albertsons, within walking distance. We attended a presentation, and everybody was pleasant and not pushy. All in all, a very pleasant stay here. We look forward to returning.

It was a beautiful property. The room was nice. Our initial interaction with staff was great. Rod, front desk manager, told us to let them know if we needed anything.

The internet was awful! I paid for 2 devices, and couldn’t get my husband’s device connected. The next day my internet wouldn’t work. I asked for assistance from the front desk. I was told to call the third party help desk. They stated that it was another company. This was very frustrating to me. I have never had this situation at any other property. I do not wish to spend my vacation on the phone with a help desk. The “let us know if you need anything” vanished immediately. Rod was not interested in assisting at all. This definitely affected my opinion of this vacation.

I liked the location (close to golf, baseball fields and restaurants), and the bed was comfortable. Pool was also nice, and the kept up the maintenance well.

The shower was dirty and the property was old. Orange peeled walls and ceiling, and exercise room was just larger than a closet. Also, I books a full kitchen room, only to be swindled into a half kitchen. Lastly, this is an RCI time share property, so they sell that hard.

Our first time at this WM. Check in was easy and the front desk was quick without too much of a sales pitch. The property was clean and the location was really convenient for everything we did. A grocery store nearby and lots of restaurants close too.

My stay was not what I expected. Very small room and didn’t have the resort feeling. The staff was great and very friendly and accommodating but the rest of the things weren’t. Definitely not worth the stay and regretted it instantly

Guest are rude, waking up at 5am letting door slam closed over and over, dumping ice in cooler what sounded like they were holding ice bag 5 feet in the air, making noise with suitcases while moving out just deliberate, let front desk know, they did not come and ask them to be respectful of other guest, then there is the house keeping every morning at 6am they start rolling their carts down the walkway with the wheels clackity all the way down, ask front desk to not have them do that and the next morning they did it again, then there is the 18 wheeler food truck roaring through parking lot at 6am, thats the outside noise, now the inside. They need another trash bin next to kitchen and not just one in bathroom, they had no charging stations next to bed, and wifi is not free. DO NOT STAY HERE TERRIBLE!!!!
