Worldmark Scottsdale

My family recently stayed for 7 days at WorldMark Resort. The 1 room suite was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. There is a washer/dryer included in the unit which was helpful. The complex was very quite. We did not use any of the amenities, however several people enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We could here them inside however all was quite before 10 pm. The location was also very convenient to restaurants, grocery store, hiking and park.

1. Room phone not opperable to discuss loud neighbors with front desk. (No security). 2. Room photos show a stove top in on-line photos. (Day before Thanksgiving we needed this feature). 3. No elevator, I am over 64 this should have been stated as an option somewhere prior to purchase. (Not in "Our section" of the facility). 4. Very noisy till 2am, with no working line to the front desk, or number on which to request security. (Welcome packet had no number, to call if you have an issue with other guests). I'll call 911 from here on out, let the police sort this out with the so called management. Room was clean, bedding above average, management was under staffed and second rate.

Big rooms, great staff, nice grounds, close to grocery, grills provided. Pool and hot tub very clean and enjoyable. Walking trail near golf course with morning views of the Camelback mountain. We would stay here again, as it’s only 3 miles from the Talking Stick casino! We went to old town Scottsdale several times and route was short drive from condo. Very nice week there.

No breakfast was offered, but there were in room kitchenettes. Location was near conference and it was nice to not be along the 101. Had fun with the family using the pool and game room. Was also near Silverado where juniors can play 9 holes for $10. Also a nearby TopGolf.

Noise levels at night, 11-12, by other guests(?) in the parking lot.

Apartment was roomy, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were friendly and helpful.

There were ample sunbeds around the pool, but it would have been nice to have more space.
