Clean.

Stop with the sales pitch on check in. Really annoying to check in after a long day of work and travel only to get cornered into a sales pitch. And then to be told it's not a sales pitch , it's just a quick 90 minute informational meeting and you get a free vacation. Really? I didn't check into a hotel so try to be sold a timeshare in hell. I mean Scottsdale. Paper thin walls and inconsiderate guests made a few nights hard to get to sleep. And smoke free would have been nice. It was awful to have to smell the cigarettes from next door. I would have been nice to be told we were next to a smoking room. I have allergies.

Our unit was in desperate need of upgrading. Worn out carpet, sunken sofa and chair. Tile in master shower breaking off in various sized pieces each time we showered. Not stocked well enough for two people. Very disappointed. Also had to pay for 10 days of WiFi when only there six days. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I clicked to pay at Hotel and they already took my money online. Room wasn’t ready till late, and had work meetings I couldn’t change for. Construction going on early morning

Close to stores and restaurants with a beautiful view of Camelback Mountain.

We had a fantastic week at Worldmark Scottsdale. Our room was clean, nicely located, pool was not crowded, and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare several meals. We were directly across from the construction but with the bedroom in the back of the unit and air conditioning on, were not disturbed by it whatsoever. We hope to return soon!

Very nice, easy, and quick check in/out...no big push to attend a sales pitch...although we did because our check in guy said it 'would help him out'...so we signed up and went the next day...more nice people, no pushy pushy salesmen, just asked a couple questions, listened to what we had to say and thanked us for coming, in and out in short order, that was nice. The room was very comfortable, kitchen well equipped, nice balcony, things to do right there at the resort: nice swimming pool & area to relax, bocce ball, cornhole, and shuffleboard. Location was nice, plenty to do in and around Scottsdale. We highly recommend this resort and wouldn't hesitate to go back. The only thing we needed to do was block out some of the sun in the bedroom...a little painters tape and paper did the trick. Had to ding them a point on cleanliness because there was a bit of grit and small pebbles that the vacuum didn't pick up...but it is in the middle of a desert...

This is one of our new favorite Worldmarks. The suites were large, clean, and very stylish. They must have undergone some renovations recently because this place is not brand new, yet the rooms felt like they were newly built! Our view from our room was breathtaking. It overlooked a golf course and the mountains, and in the evening we could watch a stunning sunset. The grounds itself were very well kept up, and they had lots to do! Corn hole, swimming pool/hot tub, rooftop lounge, barbecues, etc! The staff here were some of the friendliest we have ever encountered at any hotel/resort, and a special shout-out to the lady at the concierge desk, she went out of her way to make sure our stay was one of a kind. We will definitely be back to this resort, and would absolutely recommend anyone to stay here!

Great resort, location, and updated units. My 12 year old loved it so much she asked if we can return for an annual trip. Beautiful grounds, units look better than any other standard units in WM that we have visited. Great staff and everyone took safety precautions. So close to so many things. We went to the aquarium, zoo, escape room, medieval times, and more! Beautiful view of the golf course. Can't wait to come back next year!

Our 2 bdrm presidential was in the new building (4) overlooking the golf course. Even has a mini ping pong table inside. Very spacious. Heated pool was open but not hot tub. Corn hole games around property. BBQ are located downstairs between buildings or by pool. Construction still going on but not while we were here.
