Bay Gardens Beach Resort and Spa

Room not really clean. Had to clean marks on toilet seat and in shower. Hairs and marks on floor areas. Room was tired and needs renovations. Looking out from room to building site not a pleasant surprise.

Fabulous location. Nice upgrade room to sea view which was amazing. I went for the half board option supper value. The food and especially the breakfast is great and to top it the staff just couldn’t do enough for me especially the staff on reception who made sure I got my diabetic injections stuff that I accidentally left in the fridge that was so appreciated. Thanks again can’t wait to return.

The placement of this property is very convenient to get to many places. The view was great but this property is outdated and needs a lot of work, Everything in the facility is old, and with the money that one is paying there's no perks that you're receiving. The customer service in the front desk needs to be better. As a first-timer in St.Lucia I was disappointed with my stay and not the island because as far as accommodation I made my own arrangements.

We had a great time at Bay Gardens Resort and the staff was friendly and amazing! It was right by the beach which was lovely and also had a pool.

Hotel staff was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean.

The access to the beach and certain staff were welcoming. A lot of drink varieties.

On the first official day we were pestered by one of the marketing to rent one of their rooms and sign up for travel packages, which we agreed on a time to talk, but then she kept calling the room to find out where we are and pressuring us about waiting in the restaurant, when we got to the restaurant it was quite a discomfort with her at the table as me and my partner would have preferred to enjoy our alone time on this 4 day trip which was supposed to be a get away from all things stress related. The fact that they told us the spa was not a part of an "all inclusive" ordeal which costs the amount which it did at the rate of £350/day which came to over £1400 for the entire stay because it was "booked on booking.com" but still had the audacity to say it was not included aswell as not trying to find an alternative for the lack of non-dairy butter in the mornings as my partner has a dairy intolerance but they just looked at us as if to say "what do you want me to do about it?" Instead of as a welcoming party just buying 1 tub of sunflower butter would have helped as the shop for such is not too far away but they had no idea what dairy free meant. On top of that, the food was exceptionally cold on more than 1 occasion as we waited 30 mins+ for everything to arrive at once instead of just serving it hot as it was ready. Also during the orientation it was noted that they will provide some sort of food for when we return from an excursion later than expected, but when we returned late due to the drop off time of the excursion company the staff at the restaurant shut us down many times stating there will be no food until later, which is upsetting returning hungry from such an ordeal just hoping for some sort of empathy on the matter. As for the room, the room had flooded a few times from the use of the shower head water pressure being far too heavy causing water to seep and saturate the bathroom and flow into the actual bedroom area.

It’s a nice property. The room was nice but the beds are hard. Plus no elevators. Get ready to drag your luggage up stairs.
