Great location, the staff is very helpful and attentive, we request a change in room and it went smoothly. All tour operators know this hotel so it's super easy to arrange for tours and taxi pick ups from this location. It's also walking distance (15-20 min) from YK's "old town" and from grocery shopping.

The hotel is a little bit old and it shows, the mini fridge was a little too noisy at nights, and the bathtub and sink were slow to drain water (sign of water blockage in the pipes). I found the bed very comfortable, but for my partner, who suffers from back pain issues, the super soft mattresses of this hotel were a torture. This last point could be an issue just for some people though, not for your average guest.

Beds where clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly.

Everything looks run down, dirty carpets, old mismatched and patched up bathroom decora (floors and tiling just patched with what ever was left over). Wifi wouldn't connect.

Employees are great. Respond to my problems very quickly. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Nothing complained.
