The Palms at Pelican Cove

Location of the property was perfect. Very quiet. Very peaceful and pleasant neighborhood. The pool was as great as the food and bar. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back. The mosquitoes were the worst part about the stay.

It could use a good deep cleaning. There is no front desk available in the night so if you need assistant you wont get any.

Very calm place. Very tropical with a lot of Palms reassuring the beauty of this Caribbean Island. Just lovely

Nice overall but need to replace the following items in the room like (shower head moldy with green stain, tub stopper rusty and sink stopper broken, sliding door hard to open needs to be serviced and bathroom door needs to be adjusted) Besides these few things the room was great.

My room was really nice and the service was amazing the staff was so nice. The only down fall is that I had to switch rooms because the ac was not working, but i would definitely go back.

What I liked about this property was the quiet appeal and of course the sound of the crashing waves be the only pleasurable disturbance. The front desk staff upon check in & check out was superb. I had stayed there once before, but it is evident there were upgrades and I loved my room. Although it was a one-night stay, I would definitely book there again.

The first day we got there it was hair inside the shower. I notified the front desk of the situation they assure me it would be taken care of got back to the hotel NOTHING I reported it again atill nothing

Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, alll service personnel...front desk, cleaning staff, manager, and head of housekeeping, with the exception of the awesome maintainance operator were rude. They are all black except the maintainance worker who was Hispanic. I felt like it was because I'm white. It was very uncomfortable.
