not a five star out of the way of everything have to pay 4 times more to get there and then pay to go anywhere from there as it is to far to walk anywhere had to fix the toilet myself.Took the bikes out had to fix the bike also would be tough to give even a 3 star rating

Lovely staff. Gorgeous location. Easy shuttle to town. Quaint rooms.

The food was poor due to a limited menu. There was no atmosphere in the hotel due to limited facilities. No lounge area or decent bar. Seemed to be geared towards big tour groups.

It's more of a beautifully located and magnificently landscaped garden rather than a hotel. I think it's worth to stay outside the center to have this Mekong view at the breakfast or from the bar. And there is a shuttle bus. The breakfast is great with Asian and continental options, so you will not get bored easily. As compared with other hotel gyms, this one is pretty well-equipped and large!

The pool is a bit isolated and does not have a great view (as opposed to the rest of the hotel terrain). The rooms (AC/ bathrooms) need some upgrade but still are very stylish with beautiful teak floors and furniture.

Great location on the River. The breakfast restaurant had a great location. Good room service. Helpful staff.

The air conditioning control panel was antiquated. The balcony chair was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast room was poorly lit.

Great breakfast, nice view from the balcony and restaurant, nice room, perfect staff (they even opened a gym specially for me at 11 p.m.)

Everything was perfect

We enjoyed our stay so much, the staff and management are unbelievably helpful. They really do everything they can to make you feel welcome. We were so happy to have chosen this hotel. The setting is so peaceful and beautiful with large grounds and very beautiful rooms and amazing views of the river and mountains. The room is large and the bed is super comfortable and we really liked the breakfast. Pool is great too. Easy shuttle to go into town.

If you are looking for a quiet hotel just outside of the city center — this is the place. The property is gorgeous and well-maintained. Taking a dip in the pool after a long travel day was incredibly relaxing. The staff were exceptional and incredibly helpful throughout my stay — special thanks to Poy and Kam. I recommend enjoying the happy hour at Le Bistrot and taking in a view of the sunset over the river. Breakfast was included with my room and the buffet was great with a nice selection of options. The view from the terrace overlooking the river could not be beat. All in all, I had a great stay and wish I could have stayed longer.
