Peppers Seminyak

Stayed here in January with my family. We stayed in the 3bdr presidential pool villa and found the ammenities great although some maintenance might be due soon. One of my favourite things about this property was the staff who went above and beyond to meet our requests and just make sure everyone had a great time. This started from the reception staff to the restaurant staff, special mention for Astimi who was always there to make sure we had everything we needed, sometimes before we even had to ask and even the staff who services the villas. I also have to mention the kids club staff member Gita who transformed my 5yo from someone who avoids kids club to someone who would stay even when there were no other kids in there… this gave us plenty of time to enjoy the wonderful spa!

We have just had a week at Peppers celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. We were a group of 6 - a couple plus two adult children and their partners. On arrival we were greeted with flowers and an anniversary cake along with cute loved up swans on our bed. Villa- We stayed in a 3 bedroom Presidential Pool Villa which was fabulous. We upgraded from 3 bedroom royal pool and the extra space outside I believe was worth the upgrade. A generous sized pool and yard with plenty of seating and room. The inside living space was well sized and had all we needed. Good sized TV and speaker to play the tunes. The lounge room had a huge lounge and a generous 8 seater dining table. Adequate kitchen, full sized fridge and water dispenser offering filtered water as well as chilled or boiling. The bedrooms were well appointed and very comfortable. There is an app to use with a virtual assistant Putu - where you can order food, get your room serviced etc - very convenient and easy to use. The rooms were serviced daily and always left as you would expect in a resort of this level. Pool water PH checked everyday as well. A couple of slight issues with hot water in one room and a blocked drain in another. One phone call and the service was prompt and the problems were rectified. The villas were very quiet and I was surprised at the lack of noise heard from other villas. I hope our neighbours had the same experience! The breakfast was fantastic and nothing was a problem - the staff were so happy to see us happy and enjoying the food. Afternoon cocktails - fabulous. A broad selection and again service was excellent and nothing was a trouble.Staff ensured your glass was never empty for long. Some afternoons there was live music in the pool area which created a nice vibe. Main pool was nice for a swim in between cocktails. Location - excellent. Out the back was only a 400m walk to middle of eat street! The hotel has a shuttle which drops off around Seminyak area - this was also very convenient for dinner bookings or just when it was too hot to walk. Staff - We have decided not to name staff individually a) in case of forgetting someone and b) because there would be so many to mention individually. The staff were nothing short of amazing. Service level from every staff member was faultless. Nothing was ever a problem and they always greeted us warmly and truly understand what service is. They were happy to have a chat and ensure we were enjoying our stay. Spa - As part of our package we enjoyed several massages each at the spa. Again here, the staff were excellent. They were so busy and always did their best to accomodate all customers. We had booked our massages in advance so had no issues with bookings - I can recommend doing this as the spa did appear to be quite heavily used. All massages were great. On our last night we splurged on the in-villa BBQ which came complete with Karaoke speaker and mics!! We had a ball (hope our neighbours enjoyed the tunes if they heard them). The BBQ was yummy and so much food, meat seafood salads and dessert. We could highly recommend this experience. They even allowed us to choose two different menus as we catered for a pescatarian. Cooked outside on BBQ and served inside villa. This was a lovely way to end our week. Top Tip - we took pool floats and thoroughly enjoyed these in the villa pool.

Really great time at Peppers with our family staying in the 5 bedroom villa. The customer service was very considerate and friendly. Ketut our shuttle driver was prompt and friendly and remembered all our names. The à la carte breakfast menu in the restaurant was lovely and Astini was also really friendly and good with all our complicated coffee and food orders. Thank you very much

Held my 50th birthday at Peppers Seminyak, which far exceeded my expectations! The 4 bedroom villas are extraordinary and well maintained. The staff at Peppers were so helpful and helped me create an amazing party with trailered banquet, dancers, lights, backdrop wall and more. We spent the week at the villa, which is well located in Seminyak and reasonably priced. The staff were so helpful and amazing, including Wan, Satya, Yoga and Wira (and many more!!)

We recently had the most fabulous 5 night stay at Peppers in Seminyak. I have stayed in stand alone villas before, however staying at Peppers gives you the best of both worlds, by having a restaurant, bar and spa onsite as well as a main pool. The villas pool temperature was excellent. The layout of the villas is fabulous, and added bonus 2 tv’s. The staff are very friendly and attentive, in particular Purni, who looked after us very, very well. The buggy and shuttle service to Seminyak Village was excellent, or there are plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Can’t wait to go back.

We had a 4 bedroom villa with pool for 5 adults and 2 children. We loved it all. The pool was great. Loved the outdoor bathrooms. The staff were just so friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast was so yummy! Special thanks to Katut, Satya and Astini for making us feel special. The spa was great and we enjoyed wonderful massages. Overall a fantastic family holiday at Peppers.

Fabulous all round resort …. Staff were amazing. Above and beyond, so genuine and friendly. All had senses of humour, and provided outstanding service…. 3 couples celebrating a 60th Birthday from Sydney. Cannot fault. The food, value for $, pools, location, amenities in villas, all fabulous. Easy to do as much or as little as possible. Shops and amazing restaurants nearby. Recommend Bamboo, and Dome also. Special mention to staff at Peopers. Kiwi, Oki, Kris, Astini and Putin.. You were all incredible, thank you so much for all your efforts and friendly ways.. All of you in particular and Jo at front desk are all worth more money !! We were all felt so comfortable and we were welcomed and appreciated, with genuine care and kindness…..,

Thoroughly enjoyed our family trip to Peppers Seminyak. The rooms were beautiful and the staff friendly and welcoming. Special mention to Peppers Trainee Adiktu who looked after us, helped us learn the Grab app and provided advice on local sights to see .

Fantastic stay, excellent service and staff were amazing and very friendly. Katut and wan were so nice and kind.
