Peppers Seminyak

The most incredible resort! My husband and I recently went on a couples trip with our friends and had a 2 bedroom villa. We were so impressed with Peppers Villas and how clean they were. All the staff knew us all by name! Any request was accommodated promptly. The resort has a little shuttle that runs the loop of Seminyak - a hidden extra that made so much difference Honestly couldn’t recommend Peppers enough. We will be back

This is an amazing place to stay. The villas contain everything you need to be comfortable and spoilt. The food is delicious with lots of choices even for fussy eaters. The staff go to great lengths to accommodate your evey need. Kris and Astini need to be mentioned for their fabulous service. This is the 3rd time we have stayed and we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic stay here. All of the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the reception team who went above and beyond to make us feel at home—always remembering our names as we passed by throughout the day. A special thank you to Wan, Wira, and Widi, as well as our friends Agus and Satya for their kindness and hospitality.

We shared a 4/5 bedroom villa complex and it was a perfect set up for us ( 4 couples). Super spacious villas ,15 m personal pool and everything you could need. The real standout was the terrific service by all in the breakfast / lobby area . Totally recommend for a comfortable stay and close to many good restaurants etc.

Staff were so friendly and went the extra kilometre Shout out to Astini and Kris who work the main resort restaurant The staff made up for the one bedroom villas which are tired and need a referb Originally put in Villa 70 which is really very poor - we complained were moved to 52 which was so much better - really Villa 70 should not be used it’s mouldy and falling apart with no garden at all

Our stay in your hotel was great. All your staff is extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. After some issues with the first villa, Nate went beyond and above to find a better one. The garden was beautiful, and the pool absolutely perfect. Your spa is one of the best I’ve been to. Special shout to Destri. The shuttle service is great. All the stuff in the restaurant is awesome, and your hospitality skills are very impressive. The only problem for us is with the management’s inflexibility about the cocktails (I do not understand the obsession with them everywhere in Bali). My sister and I do not drink cocktails. I do not understand why it is not possible to serve much cheaper beer or a glass of wine with a similar price. It is so much easier for the staff, less washing, quicker to prepare, and would make us so much more satisfied. This is actually the only reason I didn’t give your hotel 5 stars, but as I do not know how to make it 4.5, 🤔 it is 4 from Barbara and Grażyna. Dear Peppers management, think about it for a while. A great location for a friends get together! Very relaxing, clean and spacious villas with everything included!! The service at breakfast by Kris and Diantini was exceptional always going above and beyond to make our experience memorable! Also the reception, buggy and shuttle service was outstanding!
