Buona struttura, gestori molto cordiali e disponibili. Ben posizionata, vicino alle terme

una sola notte...ma in relax completo...una buona colazione, un bel panorama, una posizione centrale, che permette di godere del centro della città.

personale accogliente albergo vecchio, come tutte le strutture in zona, ma ben tenuto letto un po’ scomodo, perché affossato ho prenotato una singola e ho trovato un letto matrimoniale quindi più comodo bagno rinnovato, piacevole poco rumoroso comodissimo alla zona termale buona collocazione

We stayed here on the recommendation of a friend. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was a good size with good shower water pressure. We were fortunate to get a room with a nice view of the sunrise and away from any traffic noise. The included breakfast was adequate. Croissants could be a bit fresher though. We had our dinners included as well. The food was decent. Nothing fancy, just basic home cooking. The front desk and restaurant staff were all good. The rooms were at a decent price but then it was slow season.

It was the second time that I stopped this year in this hotel to attend a meeting at the last moment. Fortunately a phone call late in the evening told me that they had still a room free. The hotel is quiet and clean and early morning I left after having taken a good breakfast.

I was there just for one night two weeks ago. The person at the reception was helpful and friendly. The hotel is quiet , clean and the breakfast buffet satisfactory. The location of the hotel is not far from the centre of the new part of Chianciano.

Unica pecca dell'Hotel era il letto matrimoniale, formato da due materassi singoli che avevano uno spessore diverso che creava uno scalijno, ed erano abbastanza duri... non molto confortevoli. Per il resto tutto buono: pulizia ottima, personale gentile, colazione inclusa abbondante e buona, ottima posizione vicino a Viale Roma.
