Very clean and comfortable setting. Good location for restaurants, sightseeing and the night market.

Time to carry out renovation works

Very nice hotel even if a little dated /old . The staff was all amazing friendly people. The room itself was just right for a solo trip very clean tidy. Room was spacious. You get free breakfast here & it was great if you up early enough to take advantage off it, I only made this 2 times in my 5 night trip, but highly recommend you try. They cook omelette In front fresh whatever you want. Also other things acable hot & cold buffet style.

I like this hotel, it is clean and comfortable and the buffet breakfast is ok too. It isn't up there with the classy hotels but it is certainly way above average for a budget establishment. It was much better than I thought it would be, given its location on LOI Kroh Road, which is the main bar/massage parlour street in Chiang Mai.

Situated in good location the structure is good, even if not recently refurbished. Bathroom was ok with spacious shower. The curtains leave light to enter in the room at morning so bring a mask with yourself to not get disturbed. Breakfast can be improved

Very good hotel

If you need constant and stable internet service this is not where you want to be. You will need a new user name and pass code every few hours. AC is weak and you can realy lower temperature if you like it cool. Shower- water pressure goes in pulses up and down- never seen before. Breakfast - very poor selection.

The breakfast was great. Swimming pool is not onsite, you have to walk across the street to get there. Good location. The only downside during my stay was the bathroom smelled really bad. If you don’t keep the windows open, the whole room would smell like the bathroom.

Staff was great, very helpful , my room was clean always fresh towels, breakfast was good, honorable, honest and super helpful

Great physical space with open layout groundfloor restaurant and balcony walkways to get to rooms.
