Sudima Hotel Lake Rotorua

Friendly staff, great location next to the Polynesian Spa, good sized room, heating, TV.

Very noisy road out the back and from coaches with their engines running. I felt that I was being bitten in the bed and woke up itching.

Location is unbeatable, right next to the Spa with rooms looking at the lake. We got two huge connecting rooms, had more space than needed. Free parking on site, wereally liked our stay here.

It's a hotel catering for large tourist groups, the breakfast can be very chaotic.

I like the location of Sudima as it was facing the lake.

Room and security - another person tried to get in our room about 1am, saw someone on an All Blacks hoodie and black pants. When I ask Receptionist the following day, I was told that they don't have CCTV on our side of the building, which was odd, because we are just by main reception area. I found an opened hot chocolate sachet when I made a cuppa that night,? from previous occupants. Breakfast buffet - - not a lot of options for the price, pancakes are obviously from the packet, not freshly made. Bacon overcooked.
