"Ok for short stop but too basic."

Convenient location. Clean bedding and towels. Warm room with functional windows for air. Comfortable bed. Receptionist.

Too Basic. A microwave would be helpful. Didn’t get fresh cutlery after first night and no tea towels to wash n dry dishes.

Bed is comfy, convenient location, clean linen/bedding/floors/bathroom.

Too basic no microwave and dishes didn’t get refreshed after 1st night we had a 2 night stay.

"Everything you need in Rotorua"

Really friendly and comfortable hotel. Well worth the tariff. Staff were friendly and accommodating, room was comfortable and clean, great shower!

Upgrade to room with two double beds from room with one king double bed. Would have preferred the larger bed especially as heater didn't work in the supposedly superior room.

Great staff

The heating in our bedrooms was not as effective as needed, radiators were inactive, and there needed to be a heat pump in both rooms, and the one there needed to be more powerful
