Nice rooms good breakfast

Our room on 5th floor next to the elevator is surprisingly not too busy and noisy but the room feels and looks dated and small compared to other Hampton Inns that we’ve stayed previously. The dark carpet looks dirty and the tv stand drawers are falling out of their tracks. No in-room safe to keep your valuables. Thermostat control is placed unusually low on the wall. Hubby & I stayed at Lino Lakes HI for four nights but housekeeping never came or knocked on our door to clean or to even check if we needed anything like fresh towels, coffee replenishment, etc. We would leave our room around noon to visit our daughter and come back late at night disappointed that our room was not cleaned at all. I even requested the front desk to have housekeeping clean the room but again we were disappointed to return to see our room not cleaned. The only positive thing that happened was when we checked in and was greeted by Katdia (sp.?) at the front desk with her warm smiles and friendly words. She’s also very helpful whenever we requested something we needed. Coffee dispensers were kept replenished. Breakfast was okay.

Excellent room

Room was fine. Clean and in working order. Mattress was a little uncomfortable. Bedding on one bed was a little scratchy. Breakfast was decent quality and pool was fun. But was frustrated that connecting rooms are only available with very specific room types and that it wasn’t communicated in advance. Property also said that they couldn’t change anything since it was booked through Expedia.

Needs updating and breakfast was empty when I went to eat

We have stayed here before. Even though this hotel was booked solid, we were impressed about how quiet it was. We love how rural it is, even tough it's in the city. We feel very safe here. The staff was very polite & friendly also. Thank you!!
