I asked for a room with twin beds, love the location handy to CBD and close to the Central Bus Terminal. Stressfree with welcoming and accommodating staff.

The breakfast was great and and the staff were helpful and friendly The location was great.

The people at the check in counter were impatient and unhelpful, especially when my card declined. The rooms were small and no where to sit except the bed. If you arrive after 7pm you will not be able to park your vehicle.

I was disappointed, a poky room, toiletries was an all-in-one tube of hand/body/hair wash. Not the level of value I would expect for that price.
