Bed was uncomfortable. As if 2 single matresses pushed together leaving a ridge in the middle of the bed. Very uncomfortable pillows as well. TV volume was fixed on one level as well

I had originally booked another hotel in Hamilton but after reading the reviews cancelled and so glad I did as Tainui Ibis was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Was in a great location
