Villas de Costa Dorada Isabela

Totally disappointed. The sell a hotel y good conditions and everything needs either restoration or maintenance. Sorry great scenery and neiborhood, but too expensive for what they offer

Just great. A beautiful beaches all around, good restaurants all around, have the complete main town of Isabela just minutes away, super markets,gas stations, good foods and good people. The hotel consist in two parts the main hotel and the villas, The villas are amazing. they have a big place to park comfortable. The staff are just flawless, any thing you need they will be with the biggest smile on their faces to get you any thing you need. Its in the middle of everything just right perfect and definitive i will go back again.

It's have a great location, but the Hotel needs serious maintenance. The staff is excellent, the run the next mile to pleased the guest. The rooms are spacious but the mattress, well not good for an infant, imagine for an adult.

The room was a bit smaller than advertised ! NOT THAT MANY FEATURE COMFORTS ! ! ! . . . THE AIR CONDITIONES BLEW HOT AIR . . . ! ! ! THERE WAS NO SATELITE T. V. ! THERE WAS NOT MICROWAVE OVEN IN THE ROOM NOR WAS THERE A MINI FRIGE TO KEEP THINGS COLD ! THEY SUPPLIED ICE IN A BUCKET ! ! THAT GOT OLD QUICK ! ! ! WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE ! THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY, BUT THE HOTEL SUCKED LEMONS !

Although the hotel was next to the beach and had good swimming pools, the lack of cleanliness was awful. Even after I asked for our bathroomed to be cleaned after our first night we came back to find it still covered and other peoples hair and pieces of trash. They never cleaned a thing! But said they did. Gross!

Hotel looks abandoned, looks more like a one night stand motel. Beds where hard, old mattress, mattress cover with sheets instead of bed cover. dirty floor,room door do not close easily, sliding door to balcony lock broken. TV remote control does not work. Advertised with refrigerator, none at room. pool look abandoned and unpainted. hotel restaurant closed. Front desk service unprofessional and without courtesy.

first is not easy to find and the a/c wasnt working properly the lights either, the pool was dirty and the doors to the balcony where not working...

I stayed at the hotel with the family and found the room horribly dirty. Major spider web in the room, impossible to overlook. The bed was extremely dirty and stained and so was the floor. Found a cockroach in the closet which made me sleep almost with one eye open! I was so glad I only stayed for one night. If you can afford to pay a little extra, do the research and stay at another hotel.

We stayed only a night. It was secure, comfortable, quiet. The personnel was polite, helpful, attentive, friendly.

Good location! good price compare to others hotels. The hotel is like a carbon waiting to extract the diamond in it.
