Horrible no amenities room are filthy terrible experience

not a place to stay. seedy and creepy not as represented in the least

I knew what to expect from prior reviews and It lived up to it's billing. Pool could not be Utilized for the Staff never cleaned the Bugs and assorted Palm Tree Leaves out of it. The Beds were Worn and Stained. Barely had any Hot Water during my 2 day stay there. No Restaurant on the premises. Fortunately I had a Rental car and knew how to get around town and find places to eat, and speak the Language as well which came in Handy. Only 7 channels of Viewable TV programming. In Conclusion Costa Dorada Needs a huge Overhauling in order for it to ever be considered a Respectful resort again. On a good note The Beach and Ocean need the facility is a site to behold. Would not recommend this place at all for a Family or a Couple wanting to spice their life while on Vacation. .Disappointing

Hotel had no pool available for quest restaurant floor where dirty all other building for entertainment where closed shower floor was crack wash machine and ice machine where broken and in very poor shape side walks tiles where broken staff and people park in the loading and loading zone horrible place

I would not recommend this hotel at all. I am disappointed that hotels.com would even allow or offer this hotel. This place was disguising and terribly old, no phone in the hotel room and a twenty year old television with four channels that work, no clock in the room. I will not use hotels.com again because of the poor condition the room was in, it’s applauding that hotels.com offer such a place on their website.

Needs new leadership to bring fine site up to date, needs imagination and entrepreneurship

I be only one night. In a next time, I hope we can enyoy the facilities, beach and pool.

The hotel is not kept up as well as it should, but the time my wife and I had to rest in the room before embarking on a long plane ride was adequate. The man at the desk was very friendly and even had turned on the air conditioner in the room earlier, so it would be cool when we checked in. When I complained I had trouble finding the place, he told me I should have called and he would be happy to help. I should have, because I have found that my GPS doesn't work in Puerto Rico as well as in the states. The TV worked, but there was no wifi - not the fault of the hotel due to where they are situated. I don't rhink it was worth the price, but I was not unhappy here. And when we checked out at midnight, the manager (owner?) came down presumably to wonder if there was anything wrong. I said we had to catch a flight - there was no problem and he seemed relieved.
