Location was wonderful. Room was very spacious

Room was serviced once during a 4 night stay. Staff acted like we didn't exist.

Walking distance to Center Street

Constant scratching at window either caused by torn screen hitting glass pane or tree branch scraping against window. Location of room near front door and lots of noise setting up breakfast. Lots of stairs to front entrance, especially carrying luggage.

Hotel charmant et de Charme avec un accueil chaleureux et excellent. Petits déjeuners très agréables. Notre chambre (au deuxième et dernier étage) joliment décorée était spacieuse. Enfin la localisation est excellente, tout près du centre ville et des restaurants.

2 petits défauts : l'accès à la chambre au deuxième se fait par des escaliers très pentus. Même si cela ne nous a pas gêné, il y a un petit ronflement assez permanent qui doit venir de la clim ou de la ventilation.

Such a wonderful, laid back, quiet place to stay. My husband & I visited Folly Beach for 4 nights and this place was amazing. The breakfast that was served daily was delicious with a huge variety of choices from sweets, breads, proteins, dairy, juices, coffee, tea. Loved the daily happy hour. Loved sitting outside on the front/shaded patio listening to Margaritaville Radio. Bottled water and plenty of ice available all day. The golf cart transportation was great but it's a great little walk to the beach so we only utilized it once. We were late to the game and the only room available was the bottom floor unit. It was great but did not have a patio or a private outside sitting area. Next time, we hope to book a 2nd floor room. The entire staff was great. Highly recommend.

Wow! What a wonderful place. We live in Summerville but just discovered Water's Edge Inn. The room was spotless and nicely decorated. We did not see other rooms but I would guess they are all well appointed. We stayed on the top floor but it was not an issue for us. The breakfast was great and they provide a golf cart ride to the beach along with beach stuff if you don't have your own. We will definitely be back.

It was beautiful and the people were so nice. Breakfast was delicious!

The bed was so uncomfortable that we didn’t sleep most nights.
