Premiumzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht. Beim Check-in hatten wir explizit um ein ruhiges Zimmer gebeten und die Antwort erhalten, dass alle Zimmer eine ruhige Lage hätten. Unser Zimmer lag dann direkt über der Bar, mit lauter Live-Musik an jedem Abend der Woche bis 22.30 Uhr. Das ist weder eine ruhige Lage, noch ein kundenfreundlicher Umgang mit einem Hotelgast. Würde ich daher trotz der sehr schönen Aussicht auf das Meer nicht mehr buchen. Abgesehen von der Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption ist allerdings die besondere Freundlichkeit der Servicemitarbeiter (Restaurant, Bar, Reinigung) hervorzuheben. Die Lage direkt am Meer sowie die Hotelterrasse sind die Highlights des Hauses.

"Amazing Birthday trip "

This was really a amazing experience for me, I have done many solo trips and this by far the most wonderful stay… the room offered was perfect. The sea facing view was mind blowing. Great food and service provided by the staff. They staff are really good and helpful… on my birthday the staff left me a beautiful note and champagne which was so heart warming.. Thank you so much… would love to come back again as I need to try different facilities provided by the resort. Thank you once again.

Great front desk. Great facilities. Clean and bright and big rooms. Breakfast (due to the rain) was crowded and a bit harried inside with tour groups there. Suggest breakfast out somewhere if the resort is busy. Food excellent. Coffee wait a bit of a problem. Great restaurants nearby. Overall wonderful stay.

The location is right on the ocean which is terrific and the views spectacular. Walking distance to Reis Magos beach and several restaurants and a lovely bakery. The resort was very clean and the people friendly and hard working. Great entertainment each evening and a late afternoon happy hour. We would definitely stay here again!
