Courtyard Blacksburg

When we arrived we were told the hotel had no power all night. We were not able to check in. We had to find another hotel. Assistant manager said we will be reimbursed for what we paid. Hope that will be the case.

nothing the property had no lights or backup system when the lights were cut off mid stay we stayed about 4 hrs then we left .the front desk the next day we’re rude when I called to get my refund the maintenance was very rude the only pleasant person their was the lady at the desk when the lights went out

Excellent property!! Would definitely stay here when visiting Blacksburg. The front desk staff were very nice and professional. There was an issue with my reservation and the General Manager promptly and respectfully resolved it. I highly recommend this hotel!

Not sure how I had overlooked this hotel, but we usually have stayed at one of the hotels off Prices Fork Road. The Courtyard is off the beaten hotel path, but we are so glad we found it! Easy to get to, lots of parking, and closer to lots of restaurants near Peppers Ferry Road and 460 business. Friendly, helpful staff always is nice and the have excellent staff. Our room was spacious and the extra seating was appreciated. Bathroom was likely updated. Everything was clean and well cared for throughout the room. A nice bonus that we don't usually see is the local paper, The Roanoke Times. We will look forward to making this our go-to lodging in future visits.

We were in town to visit VT and the hotel was great. Close to campus and easy to find. The staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. The front desk and even the staff at the restaurant were all wonderful. Will definitely stay there again if we are in town.

Look no further this is the hotel to stay at especially when visiting Vtech! We’ve stayed at a handful of other hotels since our child is a hokie and none of them compare. It’s clean, spacious, lobby is nice and festive but most of the staff goes above and beyond! On move in weekend they even let us keep a few items that couldn’t fit in our room, and a special employee I didn’t get their name moved their car so my husband could park and our 3rd stay 2 special employees - Taylor & LaRie went above and beyond to accommodate our request! Some of the hotels around here don’t have Netflix capability but this hotel does and they made sure it was properly working in our room! Super sweet and super helpful! I love this hotel! Can’t wait to come back over the next 4 years. Thank you courtyard Marriott!

Great quality of rooms: glass glasses, great bathroom design, comfy desk.

Squeaky beds. There is also not many things walking distance though the First & Main mall is not too far of a walk.
