"Courtyard in Blacksburg gets it right AGAIN!!!"

I had another great stay at the Courtyard in Blacksburg for a weekend evening. The Courtyard staff and cleaning crew always keep the property looking great and feeling comfortable. Don't leave with a stop at the Bistro for the Black Cherry Old Fashioned. It was recommended to me and was a fantastic surprise. Looking forward to returning back this summer!!

"We are full….I’m sorry"

I reserved a King bed room for my husband and myself. Initially they put us in a 2 queen bed room. When I showed them what the reservation was for, they said they were full for the night and could not move us. About 45 minutes later, they were able to move us to a king bed room. They were very nice about the whole situation but blamed the “third party company” that made the reservation. Other than this situation, the room was great and we had a good stay.

"Great nights sleep."

My husband and I shared a king room with our 7 year old granddaughter on sofa bed. Very comfortable accommodations. Great breakfast area although no free breakfast but customer service helpful to choose economical choices for Granddaughter.

Overall very clean, staff was so friendly and Bistro restaurant had great quality food for reasonable prices.

Could hear conversations in the bathroom from other guests. Also indoor pool wasnt open.

"Clean, bright, quiet end of town... very nice!"

Very nice hotel, big and bright open plan lobby/lounge. Spacious rooms (a big plus if you're travelling with family), clean, and full featured (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) The pool and workout room were neat and clean too. The bar/bistro has food options, which is great as this hotel is on the outskirts and couple miles from restaurants. One caveat/clarification, the breakfast is not an included/free buffet, but a made to order healthy and tasty but notably pricey - particularly for a whole family, like an order of eggs for $11. The coffee is a Starbucks banner, but doesn't live up to the brand. Stick with the room coffeemaker. Would I stay again, absolutely!

A very nice hotel with a great location to Virginia Tech. The staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly throughout our stay - even when we ask for extra pillows! Nice breakfast, and other meals - snacks and bar service. Just a great hotel for us to visit our daughter and make memorable weekends with friends!
