Moved rooms twice 1st room aircon not working 2nd room was shocking with very strong smell of air freshener 10 minutes with room open to fresh air smell was still bad. Anyone with asthma could have serious problems 3rd room was okay

Confirmation: 6383846124 I would actually like a refund! The fact that the room I booked online was not remotely the same as the room we were given. I have photos of what I booked, and photos of the room we were allocated! No staff in reception, as they closed at 4pm and we arrived at 4:40pm (we didn't know this, I was not told this on Thursday afternoon when I rang to confirm my booking). Loads of bugs flying around in the room, the air-conditioner was on full blast, making the room feel like an ice box, No linen/bedding for the pull out sofa bed! The fact that the after hours operator I had to ring basically said if the room didn't work for us they would give me a refund and we would have to find alternative accommodation as they were booked out. Well all the other hotels were booked out too, so what were we supposed to do? The fact that we had just driven 2 hours from Adelaide to port pirie didn't even seem to mean anything to the after hours operator! So very disappointed and add to this we had to call a relative who lives in Port Pirie to bring us some bedding for the pull out sofa bed, that should have in fact been an actual single bed! Coffee cups were dirty, sheets on the king size bed were stained!

Friendly staff, quiet location, comfortable bed. I would stay here again!
