Rooms were very spacious, with an abundance of comfy pillows. My kids loved the complimentary kitkats and chips. Staff were very friendly and chatty. I always test a spa in a hotel and this was the first time we used one and it was actually clean 🥰

The curtain didn't fully block the view from outside just slightly and I had to hold it back with a chair. This was a minimal dislike to the rest of our experience.

Early bookin. Lovely, big, thick bath towels, Complimentary bottled water, chocolate and chips, Great water pressure in the shower.

The bed was a bit too soft to what lm used to.
