Nice hotel within easy walking distance to everything. A great side trip is Albi, an hour from Toulouse. Hotel staff very friendly with good recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants

Nice hotel nicely situated for sightseeing,walking. Close to Capitol, museums etc. Room cleaned everyday bed extremely comfy crisp fresh bed linen. Very quiet set back in courtyard. Staff very polite and extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the area.

The room was extremely clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and available at all times.

Entry is by a courtyard staircase to first floor reception. Difficult with luggage but staff came to rescue. all modern comforts in chic decor.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. Fair pricing for a clean and comfortable room. The stuff were friendly and fluent in English. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the city center which was very convenient. I was totally satisfied with the room and would choose it again if I have a chance to visit Toulouse again.

Fantastic little hotel in the heart of downtown Toulouse. Very easy walk to the train station, shops, museums, and restaurants. The hotel was very quie t, our room was at the back of the hotel. The staff were very polite and welcoming and extremely helpful with directions and restaurant recommendations. Excellent value hotel.

Situated just off the main drag, easy to get to all places, good place to stay......

bed was comfy, room was quiet. Bathroom delightful size. Someone had had a cigarette in our non-smoking room, but smell did dissipate after a while. We found housekeeping to be a bit disorganized. On the first day, they left their filth rag in our bathroom, and hadn't finished emptying the bin nor refilling toiletries. Next day they didn't take the room trays and rubbish in the main room, or replace the empty tissues (and my exfoliator went missing) and the next day were banging on the door at 8:45 asking if they could come in. Really strange. Apart from that, great hotel.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness and service at the hotel. This hotel isn't a 4 start hotel. Whilst being within a 10 minute walk from the main square and conveniently located close to the train station we felt let down by the room cleanliness and the staff service. We arrived and we're told we had to come back in the evening as the room wasn't ready, we were okay with this as they let us use the swimming pool changing room to freshen up. When we got back later in the evening we noticed that the room hadn't been properly clean, the fridge didn't work and smelled. We reported this to the reception manager and she assured that the room would be perfectly clean and they would sort out the problem with the fridge. We got back at around 6pm to find our room as we left it, no one had cleaned it and the fridge was still there. The lady in charge apologise but said that she was new and couldn't do more. We asked to be moved to another for but the hotel was full. We waited in the bar for our room to get cleaned and remove the fridge. If you have stayed at a 4 star hotel you're likely to be expect more than what you are getting for your money

The hotel room is clean, well organized, and comparably large in size. Everything inside is handy/comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic. Location of the hotel is also very good, 5-10 mins walks to the capitole, train/metro/bus stations... and the surrounding area is quite comparing with a few other hotels that my colleagues lived in.
