Hôtel Mermoz

Booked 2 x double rooms, both were a reasonable size, comfortable beds, rooms are clean and presentable, bathrooms are getting a little bit tired. Staff were excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful. Lots of very good eating houses very close by, we also went to the Joan of Arc area and had breakfast for 5 euros and not the very steep 16 euros wanted by the hotel. Good location about 10 mins walk to the main square.

Great hotel, quiet, comfortable, attentive helpful staff. Good value for money, excellent breakfast. A hidden gem, set back away from the busy city roads. Just a 5 minute walk to the centre and the railway station. Wish we'd booked more than 1 night

Lovely hotel and in a great location for the capitol! Staff were very helpful. The room was great bed was so comfy and the pool was a bonus - great to relax in after the long walks around Toulouse! Would definitely stay here again and would totally recommend it to anyone

Great little hotel for a long weekend in Toulouse. Five minute walk into the centre of town and also the train station. Good bus links available from the small bus station at the end of the street.

From the outside it could be mistaken for an apartment block, the receptionist was friendly on arrival, when asking for places to visit & departure. It's about a 10 minute stroll into the main square however if going for rugby like we did it's only 5 minutes to the main Irish bars. The room was spacious with a very comfy bed, the bath itself should signs of wear but overall a fab little place. A nice swimming pool heated, certainly worth the money paid for the hotel and would stay again!

Not as good as the web site. Gym was in poor shape, room was okay, but needed some maintenance.

lots of places to eat nearby, from cheap and cheerful to really nice restaurants. Other cities and towns accessible by train, I particularly recommend a visit to Carcassonne medieval city, fabulous and only just over an hour by train. Also we went to Bordeaux which was just over 2 hours on train.

Very friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Quiet location and convenient.

Excellent location with extremely helpful staff. The main Capitole Square only a 10 min walk away for a variety of restaurants and take away food outlets.

Great overall experience. Our room did have a dusty odour, not sure if it was dust in the corner of the room or something else, but I'd highly recommend this hotel otherwise. We dealt with 2-3 members of staff and they went the extra mile for us.
