Hôtel Mermoz

Excellent service, very nice but small room, very small pool area with a difficult door, a bit of a walk to anything. We enjoy it.

Good location very convenient to explore the city but still away from the noise and the hustle of the historical city center.

What a great hotel. The little touches are nice. Free refreshments in the mini bar upon arrival, not replenished. The Nespresso machine, supplied with 2 pods everyday. A couple more each day would be better. The rooms are generous but the bathroom and toilet a little small. The bed was comfortable, had 4 goodnights sleep. There's a pool and fitness centre but I didn't use these facilities, the reviews I read said the pool was on small size but I couldn't comment. There's an option of breakfast, but at 14€ I think that's too pricey, much rather eat out. The cafe Le Parisian is at the bottom of the street, more choice and cheaper. Would I use this hotel again, hell yes.

Nice hotel; modern decor; comfy bed; pleased to have bath & shower; good amenities. The outside could do with some work - the stone steps were constantly wet which felt unsafe amd disappointing entry to what is a really nice hotel inside. Having to pay for coffee pods in the room after the first morning seems penny-pinching for a 4-star. Close to main squares but on a side road means its walking distance but lovely and quiet

We stopped in Toulouse for a couple days on our way to Carcassonne. The hotel was perfect for doing a walking tour of the city. We found great restaurants close to the hotel.

This hotel really goes above and beyond for its customers. The room was impeccably big and spacious with everything needed supplied. The mini bar is included in the reservation so consuming it all is free, unlike many other hotels. The gym area is nice and water is provided for fitness lovers. All in all it was a great experience staying at this hotel and it’s in the city of Toulouse with minutes walk and you’ll discover the whole city.

Wonderful short stay, we’ll definitely come back!
