Hôtel Mermoz

Small places in the garage, there was big noise during the days.

Front desk was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly. Especially only having basic French.

Lovely hotel in great location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and very quiet. The lobby and bar area is beautifully decorated. Little touches like soft drinks provided in the fridge on our arrival just added to our experience. We loved our stay.

The hotel was very nice, great location and very quiet. Room had everything you need.

Location was within walking distance to the main train station in Toulouse. The centre of Toulouse was also within walking distance, there is also an excellent Metro system. The hotel was very quiet and secure. The reception staff were excellent, made us feel very welcome. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast provided choices of cereals, fruit, yogurt, pastries, etc.

Small room, dated and shabby, pool closed, bathroom cramped, shower curtain just too short

Adrian was extremely helpful. He provided top service and knew all the sites and attractions that a tourist would be interested in, even the ones that were not on the map. It was also very helpful that he spoke many languages including English. He played many roles at the hotel - from check in personnel to the barkeep to the tour guide. And he did it all with a pleasant demeanor and smile.

Great hotel.... comfortable beds, close enough to the action without the noise of it, parking right under the hotel was awesome. Staff was polite & friendly.

Nice hotel close to city centre and lots of bars and restaurants.
