Lovely quiet hotel, perfect for the city centre and the railway station, wonderful staff, and great value for money

What a great hotel. The little touches are nice. Free refreshments in the mini bar upon arrival, not replenished. The Nespresso machine, supplied with 2 pods everyday. A couple more each day would be better. The rooms are generous but the bathroom and toilet a little small. The bed was comfortable, had 4 goodnights sleep. There's a pool and fitness centre but I didn't use these facilities, the reviews I read said the pool was on small size but I couldn't comment. There's an option of breakfast, but at 14€ I think that's too pricey, much rather eat out. The cafe Le Parisian is at the bottom of the street, more choice and cheaper. Would I use this hotel again, hell yes. This is my second stay in about 3 months and its still a great little hotel

Great hotel, close to the train station and the old town of Toulouse. Very helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable room.

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel is quiet, albeit in a city centre location and convenient for transport links. The standard of decor in the public areas was good, but the bathroom in our room was about due for some work e.g. the sealant was starting to discolour. There was a good variety available at breakfast, but I felt it was quite expensive so we had breakfast at a local cafe on two mornings during our stay. There were plenty of decent restaurants in the city centre just a short walk away. The pool was not large, but was very pleasant - I suspect we were there during some of the last really hot days of summer, and the pool may not be open now. Our room was comfortable. Don't expect good views, as the hotel is in the midst of a well-established urban area. The main shopping areas and city centre were within easy walking distance, as were links to the excellent public transport system in Toulouse (e.g. the shuttle to the airport picks up at the bottom of the road).

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Very fast responses to calls.

This hotel is well located in the walking distance from both train station and points of interest in the city centre. The hotel is not on the main street, but is hidden behind the buildings facing the street, thus very quite. It was a pleasant surprise. Additional bonus on hot summer days was a small pool. The room and bed are comfortable. The staff at reception was very nice. The only difficulty was to find the elevator in the garage.

The hotel was a great base to explore the City. The pool (although small) was a great resource within the hotel. Staff were on the whole very friendly and helpful (the duty manager was a little less so). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel room was nice, the service was good, and the breakfast was excellent. The car park was very bad, there wasn't enough room to enter and exit and park easily. The entrance to the car park in on a curve and, at the minimum, has only 7'-5" of clearance width. The lighting at night was also inadequate given the tight turn radius and narrow entrance. My overall rating for the hotel without the car park is 4, but the car park is a 1.
