Hôtel Mermoz

Good location. No frills but the basics are ok. Room 110 a bit too cosy with the tables in the courtyard.

Brilliant location, close to bus/train stations and a short walk into the City centre. Staff were excellent - really helpful. Comfy bed, good WiFi, free room-safe, air con, fridge and decent storage. We didn’t have breakfast, which was a bit pricey at €16 for continental so unable to comment on that. Coffee machine and kettle provided, but not generous with supplies of tea/coffee so you may want to take your own. The road on which the hotel is situated isn’t the prettiest but it is safe and only 6 mins walk to Jeanne d’Arc junction, a gateway point to the City. Hotel has a compact but usable swimming pool in the ‘well’ in the centre of the building so take your bathers!

A haven of tranquility in the lovely city of Toulouse. The hotel is between the train station and city center near a busy district, but all is quiet and scented with jasmine growing in abundance up the courtyard wall once you enter. Fine rooms, OK breakfast spread, and reception was kind enough to let us check in early since the room was available.

The hotel is located just 7 min walking from the station and about 5 min walking distance from the shopping area. Since the hotel is reseeded from the street it is very quiet and you don't here any traffic (unlike many other hotels in the area). My only issue is the fact that the room was non-smoking but the first thing you smell when you enter the room is the smell of smoke. The bed was extremely confortable and it was hard to get up in the morning. The breakfast was acceptable but not really worth the money, especially since there was no coffee machine. The WiFi signal in the rooms was poor.

Lovely staff, a warm welcome, pretty terrace and small heated pool, a relaxed atmosphere with touches of art deco. Thoughtful little extras such as a bathrobe and slippers in room, nuts or olives served with drinks, a chocolate with coffee.

Great location, friendly staff, a pool, a great room and the bonus of complimentary drinks/snacks in the mini bar. Would definitely stay here again.

smimming pool not available as advertised. Rooms dirty, lack of towels, property very hot. Staff on front desk (Miles) excellent, did a great job trying to resolve lack of facilities

The property was fine. We checked before booking that parking was available. However when we checked in they said there were no parking spots available. As expedia does not allow you to book parking with your room, there is no way to avoid this situation. The staff were able to make arrangements for us to park at another hotel. But we had to walk there every time we used the car.

I loved this hotel, it was great value for money, close to the centre, and bus station.

We loved the location. Very clean and tidy. The bed is very comfortable. We're enjoy the complimentary drinks on arrival. Could do with an English speaking news channel though.
