I liked nothing no amenities, breakfast was not worth to going no coffee in the room. When we first got to the room they were working in it air conditioning out in the floor.had to change rooms had a king ended up with2 queens no soap it the shower.It was a Or stay said they would get coffee for the room never did. Never stay in that hotel no more really poor

It was a place to sleep, shower-the basics. The room was clean except for the shower head which had some visible mold on it. The hallway could use a deep clean or better ventilation-seemed to hold a musty smell and if anyone brought it outside food it would linger. The breakfast is pretty much bagels and yogurt. Cindy, I believe, kept the breakfast area clean which was nice. However, she seemed to be the only member of staff that was very friendly. Great location right across the street from Walmart, near a few fast food restaurants and a gas station. Not the best, but not the worst! Overall I would stay again, with the hope that the bathroom would be cleaned thoroughly.

Clean, affordable

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and had new carpet. Taking luggage upstairs was easy with two available elevators. There were no insects or mold in the room. The bagel bar was a good okay but not varied enough to eat daily for several days. There were boiled eggs and yogurt for those seeking protein.

Review Body: I stayed one night at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Panama City Beach, and it was a terrible experience. The air conditioner in our room wasn’t working at all, and when I opened the unit to check it, it was completely clogged with dirt and dust. It was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The room was hot and uncomfortable, and when I told the front desk, they admitted they had no fix and no available rooms—only a downgrade. When I asked for a refund or any kind of help, I was told, "You can go ahead and open a dispute." That’s the level of customer service I received. I paid $137 for a room with basic comfort, and instead I was left sweating in a room with filthy equipment and no solution. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, safety, or customer care.

We had a two night stay in a one bedroom suite. The room was clean, nice and well laid-out. Okay, if you look close you can find a few dings and paint chips; the room did have a lived-in look, but in very good way. The bed was comfortable, though maybe a touch firm for my old bones. The TV, air conditioning, fridge, microwave and room accessories all worked well. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was average, but somewhat limited hotel fare. Breakfast area seating is adequate. The desk chair was not very good. The seat would not stay up; it kept sinking back down. I couldn’t lean back on the chair without risk of falling. A really annoying thing was that the living area light and bedroom light are on the same switch. I went to bed early, so my wife had to sit in the dark in the other room with only the desk lamp. I am giving a ‘4’ rating for these minor flaws and lack of EV charging, but overall I think this is a very good hotel.

The room was not ready until 5pm, even though 4pm is normal check in. The clerk at the front desk just though that's the way it is! The room was dirty and not fully stocked with toiletries. The balcony door lock was broken and would not lock. The blackout drapes on one side were missing one of the closing rods. The walls had several damage knicks and gashes along with dirt particles splashed on walls. The air conditioner vent was very dirty and probably had not been serviced for a year. The breakfast was horrible. The eggs were not real eggs, and the sausage was not real sausage meat. How cheap!!! My stay consisted of 4 nights. On the 4th day nobody visited the room to provide towels and soap or empty the trash. That evening, I had to go down to the front desk to get what I needed for the night and next day. They did not seem to be very concerned and basically told me it was my fault that I did not request housekeeping. I told her that I did not have to request service on any other days previously. Last but not least, there is a homeless man that sleeps on the bench outside the front door every night. So, from the parking lot to the entrance, one just hopes to get inside safely. Not a good situation for business. I do not understand why the police were not called or why the inn allowed this to happen every night. If the inn wanted him to sleep there, they should have gotten him his own room. Maybe it wasn't check in time!!!!
