Outdated rooms and facilities

Locations 5 mins from beach,peaceful, plenty of sunbeds ,food good variety, staff amazing,

So thay had dedicated smoking area but people were allowed to vape anywhere and I don't want to be around that.need to change this to no vaping under bar canopy.no kettle in rooms no shampoo

Calmy neighborhood, especially near hotel - Perfect for families with children.

Das Essen war schlecht, ich konnte kaum essen außer Brot da es kaum was für Vegetarier gab. Es war dreckig und fast alles kaputt und voll mit Rost. Auch mit Trinkgelder und mehrfachen auffordern war das Zimmer dreckig. Handtücher hatten Flecken. Kein schöner Urlaub.

Extremely friendly staff. We were there with a small kid, and for sure I would recommend the hotel to all families, because there is lots of kids in the hotel. You also have a good animation for kids in the evening. Very good food!

The bathroom in the room is maybe not the newest, and also there could be a bit more space in the room. A bit cold water in a swimming pool, so we prefer to go to the beach and go in the sea (but maybe this was also maybe better in any case.)

I liked location very much, room was quiet as requested, clean with nice balcony and ocean view, reception was friendly

Restaurant logistic was not well organized, and if you come later many items were gone and no longer available - so you must be lucky to get it :-)

Very big hotel area, big reception and lobby. Large swimming pool with different deepness parts for any needs. All area's very clean. Good food at dinner buffet. Very nice small town with it's charm to walk around.

Very small studio rooms - old furniture. About 15-20 minute walk to sandy Platja de Muro beach, kid got tired by the time we walked to sea, which is not a problem to fit and young people at all.
