A four star hotel which deserves its stars.The all inclusive option worth every penny .Excellent choice of good quality beverages and food .

Everything was great. We had a half board and we loved the food every single day. Variety of the plates is just incredible. We even couldn’t try everything. 😆 Very nice and helpful personal. We had a man receptionist who really helped me with my allergies to change the room. Unfortunately I don’t remember his name. Saved me from bad timing during vacations. Rooms are very big in classic style. We had them always clean. The territory are huge so you always have space near the pool and if you want - far from other guests. Pool is always clean. We saw they have every evening program for guests and entertainment for kids which is super nice. Also pool activities, which not bother you at all if you stay a bit away, on the grass, like we did. We felt very inclusive with our small dog in this hotel. She finally had a good time and haven’t been locked in the room most of the time which was a HUUUUGE PLUS. We all had a wonderful time which was incredible. We could have her near taking suntan (clearly staying more separate from other guests to not bother them and looking after her not making dirty grass) and also we was allowed to have her at the terrace during the breakfast and dinner which made all of us extremely happy since our dog is a part of our family. We definitely will be back again! For those single couples who worried going to the hotel with many kids I can say that we had no problem at all.

This is a lovely friendly hotel in a great position. Lovely walk along the creek to the beach.

Would be nice if food more clearly labelled in restaurant. Difficult for vegans/vegetarians.

Everything about our stay was fantastic. We were there end of May so that likely was a big factor. Beautiful grounds, great to play tennis. The location is great if you want to be closer to nature and quiet. The food is good and staff very friendly and helpful.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated

Breakfast (except coffee) and dinner very good. Room was very spacious with a balcony. Everywhere very clean and well maintained. Staff all very helpful - (TV replaced immediately after I reported a fault).

Breakfast coffee was tepid and being overcharged at the bar. (Asked for a cognac, but billed for a Johnny Walker scotch, but then I should have checked before signing).)

Generally good food - not always as hot as I would like. Desserts had too much cream in them. Rooms were spacious with plenty of storage space.

There were seven of us in our group and it didn't seem possible to arrange a table for seven each evening. It was first come, first served with bigger tables sometimes only occupied by three or four people. Coffee and milk were awful. They only provided skimmed milk.
