Bed was comfortable. Room was clean.

Floors needed to be mopped.

Not much .. but the beds were comfortable and the "upgrades" to floors and sink/shower areas made by the owner were just "OK". The cleaning staff were helpful.

Room was very small, breakfast was very sparse, no eggs, no meat. The "orange juice" was not from Florida! The platform that supported the beds was metal and had parts sticking out causing tripping and sore/bruised shin bones. Pets are allowed at $10/night but the area for pets was at the edge of the truck parking lot (gravel) and a long walk from the rooms. Not enough outlets, bulbs burnt out (no replacements at the office).
