"If you don't like cigarette smoke don't stay here."

The price. No carpet in the rooms. The employees were extremely nice.

There was no real separation between smoking and non smoking rooms. Even the lady cleaning was walking with the cleaning cart smoking.

the price was great, room was clean, and as advertised. staff was decently friendly.

"continental breakfast" was near non existent. minimal at best. adjoining rooms didnt seem very secure, and walls were paper tthin.some sketchy people hanging around the place, didn't seem in the best area. bed was a bit stiff.

"Great value for your trip down the Bourbon Trail in Frankfort"

The location is perfect for touring downtown Frankfort and the surrounding area. It is close to the Bourbon Trail and the Buffalo Trace distillery, not far from the Josephine Sculpture Park and other interesting sites. The Bluegrass Inn owners have done an excellent job updating this older motel property. My wife really liked their choice of soap, shampoo and conditioner too. Great value!

The mini fridge was a bit noisy.
