"We were there for two nights and the hotel was comfortable and adequate for our needs!"

The room was a nice room however I would have preferred an inside access room since it was 0 degrees when we were there. The bed was comfortable and the staff was very nice and the breakfast was good!

The parking was not adequate for the amount of people there. My biggest complaint would be the unsafe conditions surrounding the hot tub area. I fell down the stairs coming out of the hot tub mainly because there is no railing to hold on to going up or down the stairs to get to the tub! Plus the stairs are just a shiny marble like tile that was extremely slippery with no nonslip material on them. I spent my most of the night in the ER getting X-RAYS and this past week tending to my very sore, badly bruised and sprain body!! I would highly recommend avoiding that area until they improve the stair situation !!
