ICONA Diamond Beach

Icona Diamond Beach gave us a wonderful vacation. From front desk clerks (Sue and Kim), to restaurant server (Angel), to lifeguard (don't have name but he was a mature fellow), all made our stay perfect! Thank you!

The Diamond Beach Icona was a pleasant surprise. The hotel was bright and airy with a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean, definitely worth the price. The hotel was quiet and the staff was friendly and welcoming. The front desk team, shuttle driver, restaurant manager, servers, bartender, maintenance man and maids were exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit überdurchschnittlich freundlichem Personal. Frühstück sehr lecker mit großer Auswahl. Strand war in der Nebensaison einfach toll, Liegen, Schirme und Handtücher werden gestellt. Es gibt außerdem einen extrem flexiblen Shuttle zum Boardwalk. Zimmer sehr geräumig mit gemütlichen Betten, Meerblick und Balkon waren herrlich.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Icona Beach Hotel. All the staff was super friendly and helpful, especially Barbara, Sue and Ian. We had an unforgettable, pleasant time and will come back for sure. Let me also point out that the rooms were super clean and the beds comfortable. The view of the beach was stunning and we enjoyed our walks on the beach. Icona Beach Hotel is located directly at the super wide beach and next time we will try the nice beach bar for sure! We definitely highly recommend this place!

We attended a family wedding weekend here and the experience was superb!! Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was clean and organized. The food at the cafe is also great! The rooms are really well laid out and the full kitchenette, including stovetop, is a plus and not something you find at other places. Highly recommend!

My boyfriend and I stayed at your beautiful hotel recently. We enjoyed it so much that we changed our plans and stayed a few extra nights. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.. Sue at the front desk, our housekeeper (unfortunately we didn’t get her name) and the bartenders (Anna and Joe). We had the best vacation. We actually booked another night for this week!! Keep up the good work. I don’t remember the last time I stayed somewhere with such wonderful customer service (and I travel a lot as a corporate flight attendant). Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Great experience all around. Hats off to Reception Sue and Kim, Grounds Earl, and Bartenders Anna and Ian. All made for a very relaxing peaceful stay. Facilities are top notch as well. Finally, the beach and room view were spectacular. Definitely recommend.

The facility was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable.Thank you to Earl he is a top notch employee he made my experience much better. The only complaint I have is the state of the art fitness center. I understand the room is a little small,but to not even have a folding bench to use with the dumbells,makes that room unusable for any kind of workout except cardio.

Just arrived home from our 5-night, 6-day stay at ICONA Diamond Beach, and it was truly, 5-STARS outstanding! From the moment we arrived, Sue, Marge, Kimberly, and Jonathan stood out for their hospitality, warmth, and extra attention to detail. Each of them went above and beyond to ensure my daughter and I felt welcomed. It’s not every day you encounter a team so consistently attentive and personable. A special thank you also goes to Melissa from housekeeping, who did an outstanding job resetting our room each day. Coming back to a fresh, spotless space added to the overall comfort of our stay. The hotel itself offers a beautiful beachfront setting, clean and stylish rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to "vacation." After nearly a week there, it truly felt like a home away from home, and the front desk felt like family. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend ICONA Diamond Beach to anyone looking for a welcoming, well run beachfront hotel.
