Americas Best Value Inn Horseheads

There was nothing to like! I almost gagged from the smoke in the lobby. It was filthy!!! We didnt even go to our room. There was garbage piled in the windows the drapes were falling down, the windows were so filthy i doubt theyve ever been washed! I should get my money back!!!!! There were people hanging around outside that were very sketchy loud rap musici playing!! AGAIN WE SHOULD GET A REFUND!!!!! I WANT A REFUND!!!!

Sketchy people hanging out, smelled like smoke in the room, and was not visually appealing . Bed sucked and A/C was nearly inoperable.TV remote needed batteries and there was only limited selection of channels. The good part was my vehicle and bicycles were still there when we got up the next morning.

Homeless people and druggies. Would not recommend to anyone. Felt unsafe the whole time. Kept protective devices by bedside all night. Police kept coming.

We ordered 2 double beds room and paid at time if order. We got confirmation of the order. However when we arrived the hotel it had no room for us. The hotel gave us another one bed room to. That is not prepared fir rent servic. The toilet is very dirty and condition is terrible. Stuff told us the next day the manager will give us a discount for not acceptable room but the manager never showed up in next day and we didn’t get any commendation for the terrible room

Room is very dirty. Carpets are full of dirt. Beds are dirty. Restroom is not cleaned. Shower is broken. Bathroom is not in useful condition. Not enough hot water to take shower. No proper air conditioning. Room is filled with cigar smell though it is non smoking. Was not able to sleep for one night. Please stay away form this hotel.

Horrible stay. Curtain had holes and stains on them, stains on the floor, the entire place reaked of cigarettes, the AC would make loud noises, the bathroom was falling apart. Looked like nobody maintained the hotel nor the rooms. The shower head was broken and so was the counter. The local homeless people would come and stay around the place.

HORRIBLE. CRACK HOTEL. DRUGGIES EVERYWHERE. DO NOT STAY HERE. IT WAS A LAST RESORT FOR MY FIANCÉ AND I AND I WANTED TO SLEEP IN MY CAR.

We only stayed one night here and basically only to sleep. But I would not recommend a long term stay here. Hallways smelled like cigarettes'. Shower did not work right and the tub was peeling. The headboard came off the wall in the middle of the night and fell on us. It was way, way over priced for what we walked into. It served its purpose but I will be sure not to book again.

Absolutely disgusting room. Pig stye would be an improvement...

The hotel was run down with many rooms locked with padlocks and messed up doors. Sketchy people walked over to my work truck and were walking around looking at my stuff. The front desk clerk first put me in a room with another guest then they put me in the wrong room with one bed instead of two.
