The staff

I payed for my stay but checked into another hotel. The hotel smells like cigarette smoke throughout. The pillows and sheets are wafer thin. My room had an overpowering smell of lysol cleaner and cigarette smoke. No way I would get a comfortable good night sleep.

It has cockroaches stay out of there I had to leave I never stayed there I end up getting a refund and going to a new hotel

It was closed to food areas. Please remove the complementary breakfast- it’s not being offered

The floors needed to be cleaned because they were gritty and had hairs When I brought it to management they immediately sent someone to clean the floors.

This place was located in a very unsafe looking neighborhood. Not a single car in the parking lot. Looked really sketchy so didn’t stay there. Found better accommodations.

The floor was dirty, the tile in the bathroom needs scrubbing. Orange isn’t a good color, the ceiling was covered in smoke from past stays.
