Everything was terrible about this place. 1- When booking the room was supposed to come with free breakfast!! When we reached there was no breakfast being provided and got a message saying due to COVID they're not providing a breakfast anymore! This was false advertisement and so disappointing 2- The rooms were way too dirty and clearly not cleaned what so ever! The floors were disgusting, the toilet had stain and dirt everywhere and smelled so bad and basically the only clean things about the room were the beds 3- the lights in the washroom died after a few hours and we had to use our phones flashlights to be able to see anything and there was no one providing a service to change that light either. 4- And the wi-fi kept disconnecting! Staying here was very disappointing. And it was a waste of money honestly.

The staff was very courteous and when we needed something they were prompt to get it for us, ie: extra towels, toilet paper, plug for drain so we could bathe my grandson. Sheets, blankets, towels were clean. Toilets worked well, tub had good water pressure and hot water.

Not so much didn't like as they were aware of issue with light in the one bathroom (we booked 2 rooms to accommodate our whole family) didn't work properly, they were waiting on part to fix it, wasn't there during our stay, the staff did their best, got the light to stay on and then we had to leave it on the entire time.

The staff was pleasant when they were around. Lighting was poor. Had to ask for a full roll of toilet paper as there was less than 1/2 roll in bathroom. Towels were small. Only 1 hand towel for 2 people. Bathroom light switch didn't work 1/2 the time so we had to leave it on.

They had a NASCAR Event in Watkin Glens, and the room was not properly cleaned cause still reeked of cigar smell. The Hotel offered breakfast in the Expedia Site, and upon arrival we were informed they the Hotel Check-In Attendant that the person who made breakfast for the hotel had quit that same weekend.

Smashed lamp. Words wrote on the pillow in sharpie. Dumpy. Smells like someone dumped a bottle of cologne in here. The lobby and hall real of old cigarettes. Advertised for free breakfast. NOPE. not here. Did not use the shower. The towels look like literal rags. Can’t even get into bed on the one side. Bathroom is gross.

There is nothing I would recommend about this accommodation. The staff were pleasant, but the entire experience was soured by the poor upkeep and cleanliness level of the location.

The initial approach to the building reflected poor maintenance and upkeep. The check-in area and common space smelled heavily of antiseptic and reflected the same aging and disrepair as the exterior. The room was cleaned poorly with stains, streaks, and visible wear to all the furnishings. The bed was very uncomfortable and led to a very poor night's sleep.
