The bed was comfortable but very high. If you're a wheelchair use you'll need lifted up into bed.

The place was so dirty we never even stayed there!

Even no continent breakfast

We actually refused to stay here based on what we saw before even getting to the room. There was garbage in the parking lot and a smoker hanging out of a 2nd floor window who assured us we "didn't need our room card to get in because it was always open." Upon entering the 1st floor, we heard shouting, swearing and doors slamming. A young woman came down the stairs as we were going up and proceeded to pound on a door downstairs. Opening the door at the top of the stairs, we were greeted by a strong wave of smoke. At that point, we turned around and made our way back to the front desk, just as police officers arrived. Not sure why they were there specifically, but their presence probably helped convince the front desk clerk to refund our money in full for the two nights we had booked.

The front desk guy is helpful and gave us another room which was slightly better.

Over powering weed smell in the corridors make it unbearable in this non smoking property. Bathroom and tables are not cleaned properly- hair and other wastes from previous stay. People are playing loud music in rooms.

Close to highway..

Was stinking with smoke/weed smell on the hall way. Bathroom was not clean at all. Somehow managed to stay one night.

coffee was beakfast

People next door were loud to about 1:00 AM. An adult was crying loud. People were arguing. I was not happy

The hotel is very run down. Rooms not cleaned well. Sheets don't match as sets, bedspread had several tears. Website said breakfast, but was only coffee. Towels are small, thin and rough; very much like a HS gym class towel. Rug shows significant wear and staining. Wall have stains in every room. While stated to be non-smoking facility, we saw tenants on first floor smoking in their rooms. Room reeked of smoke so we kept the window open, despite no screen. Key malfunctioned twice in 2 day stay.

Because of the Wineglass Marathon, we paid $220 for a double room. There was no toilet paper, the refridgerator didn't work, the walls were full of spackled holes, there were stains everywhere, a lamp was broken, the power outlet near the bed was unusable, and the hair dryer was so dirty and grimy that it couldn't even be plugged in. It was horrendous. There was hot water and air conditioning. Otherwise, just awful.

The man at the front desk was pleasant.. that was the only positive part of my stay

It was dirty and disgusting and should really be made aware that this is a hotel that houses DSS clients.. booking for com advised it has complimentary breakfast (that’s why my daughter chose this location) and there is not. The walls were disgustingly dirty with stuck in food and dirty hand prints.. the bathroom had obvious water damage to the walls there were holes in the wall terribly patched up the shelf in the wall was falling down.. if I hadn’t arrived so late in the evening i would have stayed somewhere else.
