"Always read the comments and stay away from this dump."

The room was clean as possible in spite of the fact it was smelly and so old

Lazy front desk No breakfast blamed on Covid but still claimed on Booking. broken ice machine. I should have read other comments stating b’fast and ice. The place is still in the ‘50’s. No room phone, no USB power, no clock, only one accessible electrical outlet. Towels so threadbare I could see through them. The place smelled weird. Noisy ceilings from above guests.

"Should be last resort"

Location of hotel was great. Beds were comfortable.

Smells was musty. No breakfast and hotel was outdated. People loitering in parking lot one of the nights.

"The staff were the worst I have ever dealt with at a hotel......luckily only stayed one night"

nothing.......place is a dump

There was no hot water in the morning and could not shower before checkout....they said they were doing laundry and to give it 5 minutes.....if did not have my daughter with me the guy at the desk would be hurting.....was a total ass...also there was no breakfast as advertised

"Front desk pm woman unprofessional and then some."

We liked that it was small.

The front desk lady was extremely rude and disrespectful. She was belligerent, off putting and appeared to be under the influence of something… She called me screaming and swearing at me while on my way to a concert. All because booking.com didn’t pay my room. (I paid booking) she swore at as and didn’t let me get a work in. I have NEVER IN my life experienced this in my life. We called corporate 2X’s to file reports. I will not test until this woman is fired from this establishment.

There was no breakfast or coffee

Advertised breakfast and didn’t have any, not even coffee. My shower was like warm even telling Front desk there was no hot water. After paying cash at the hotel for the room, they asked for a card on file for incidentals. I gave them my bank card to keep on file and they also charged my card For the price of the room, then argued with me that there was no charge on my card. Even though the money was deducted from my account. I had to threatened to get the police involved. Thankfully my bank took the charges off and reimbursed my account.
