"Never again, I am sorry."

The location was very close to our family member's home, which made the commute shorter. That's the only thing I liked about this facility.

During my stay at the hotel, I was disappointed to find that there was no staff visible around the facility. There was no cleaning staff present during my entire stay, and I noticed trash outside other rooms for two days. To add to my frustration, the bed spring of the king-size bed was broken, which left me feeling sore for a couple of days. Despite the hotel advertising breakfast and charging for it, no breakfast was served during my stay. When I asked about changing rooms due to the broken bed, I was met with a rude response of "no." On top of this, I was concerned about the lack of breakfast service since it was a holiday, and we had to scramble at the last minute to find a diner for six people. I would only recommend booking this hotel if you don't care about breakfast or decent customer service.

"Out dated rooms, dirty public space, Front desk staff lacking proper training/hospitality"

Front deskn staff was borderline rude and very unaccomidating to requests. When they were at the desk, which was rare. Public areas were not kept up. There was debis on the floors, clob webs coating the ceilings, and walls. The public restroom was out of order, and there was a mildew smell. The room was unremarkable. Out of date with old fixtures, there were burn marks in the blankets and sheets, and the tub was chipped with weird black spots that looked like they tried to fix cracks. The wallpaper was pealing off walls. Finally, the promised breakfast was not available, and I was unable to find a staff member to explain why.

Lobby was decent and clean.
