I asked for a refund and chose to stay elsewhere. The owner was apologetic and did not argue. Received a refund and left.

Chose and paid for a non smoking room. Was given a smoking room anyways. The rooms are dirty, very outdated and not well kept.

They advertised complimentary breakfast which was closed with prior upon checking in. We had an annual girls night sleepover with was it really clean in one room and the air conditioner not working in the other room. Inconvenient to say the least. Very hot at the time.

The double suite was not clean enough to where even the kids complained and didn’t want to sleep on the beds. One luggage that we could find at check in was not seen again.
