"I would never stay there again."

Nothing

The room was dirty, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the hotel smelled like smoke & pot, the heater fan was noisy, the pillows were ridiculously small, shower water pressure was poor & the water tepid.

"I loved it"

The receptionist was very welcoming

The noise from my neighbours.. it was too much. Spending Christmas alone I needed some peace and quiet but it was impossible. I understood that maybe people are just having fun, after all it was Christmas Day

I was double charged and then they said they could not do the refund booking.com had to do the refund so I called booking.com and it’s a scam. I was charge $85 for two nights. I posted this on social media just to see what other people had to say about this. It’s It’s disrespectful to not process a refund. I will never be back and I will never recommend.

The room is very congested and the bathroom. Also, the floor mat is very ugly and I find some bedbugs. The towels is not good

Room size and cleanliness.

On site was mentioned breakfast included and in site wasn't. Booking.com was used. In addition gym was not operational during mentioned timings.
