"Garden In Elkart"

The check in was a mess but we figured it out. I paid for a $10.00 breakfast on line with Hotels.com. The hotel says it was not there and I had to pay $14.90 for the breakfast in the morning!!! You, Hotels.com then charged me another $4.90 for the extra cost of the breakfast!!!! Not a happy camper. Hotels.com owes me $14.90 as I paid double for the breakfast. Please credit my credit card $14.90 immediately.

The staff was very nice!

Wasn't aware that breakfast wasn't free. I stayed two nights and the first night I paid for the over priced breakfast and it wasn't anything special. It was a typical breakfast you would get at a hotel with free breakfast. I expected wayyyyyy more and better.

Nothing.

Do not make reservations there unless you read the fine print. We made a reservation sitting in the parking lot only to go in and discover they don't include breakfast. Tried to cancel the reservation. Thought we had then a few days later discover a charge for one night stay.
